I used to work in a corporate setting and would always try to find ways to refresh and stretch during my day behind a desk. I love teaching corporate classes. I design each one depending on my students and the company culture. I draw from my experience in the corporate world and try to bring in the light and radiance of yoga so that the work week feels balanced.
