I searched for a prenatal class that felt stong and encouraging when I was pregnant. During my pregnancy I felt empowered, I wanted to move, I wanted to feel the power of my legs and the strength of my arms. Being pregnant connected me with the great power of every single mother on this earth. I craved a strong yoga class that I did not need to modify. I decided to train in prenatal yoga and love teaching it. I try to create classes that connect with the needs of my prenatal students. Each week will vary depending on the mamas that are in my class, however every class will contain elements of strength and softness. I am always learning about the pregnant body and amazed by its capacity and ability.
